At Everything Lace Hire we like to make getting your dress to you as easily as possible. So we have two options postage and local pick-up.

Postage Costs

Hire Order Cost
At Everything Lace Hire our dress hire orders carry a flat rate shipping cost of $19.99. This also includes your return satchel for an easy return.

STRICTLY NO DELIVERY TO HOTELS OR PO BOX ADDRESSES. ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUNDS ISSUED.

If you are selecting different dresses for different dates in the one order you will to pay for postage separately. The postage cost of $19.99 is for all items of the same booking dates.

Shipping costs can change at anytime due to the changing prices of Australia Post.

Postal Try On Cost

Postal try-ons are calculate via weight. All postal try-on's come with your return satchel included.

Local Pick-Up Orders

Local Pick-up is available from Somerville, Vic 3912 or Bentleigh East, Vic 3165. *Bentleigh East Pick-up has to be organised in advance. LOCAL PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK UP UNTIL 7PM FROM OUR SOMERVILLE LOCATION ONLY. ALL LAST MINUTE ORDERS WELCOME.

As industry experts in the field of maternity photoshoot dresses, photoshoot dresses, baby shower dresses and elopement dress and gown rentals, we understand the importance of timely delivery for your special occasions. At Everything Lace Hire, we strive to dispatch all orders well in advance, usually at least 1 week before your scheduled event or photo shoot. This ensures that you have ample time to receive and prepare for your memorable moments.

Rest assured that when you choose Everything Lace Hire, you can trust that your order will arrive on time when ordered within plenty of time (*last minute orders not applicable as done at own risk), allowing you to effortlessly achieve your desired look. Our commitment to prompt delivery sets us apart from other rental services, giving you peace of mind and confidence in our service.

It is not uncommon for orders to arrive earlier than expected. In such cases, we want to assure you that you will not be inconvenienced. You will not be asked to return the order early or pay any additional fees. We understand that you have planned your schedule around the agreed return date, and we respect that commitment we would rather the order arrives early than delayed. When receiving your order earlier than your selected dates this does not affect your return date. 

For last-minute orders, we offer expedited dispatch on the same business day. However, please note that the cut-off time for Express Post shipping is 3:30pm AEST from Monday to Friday. To ensure that your order is processed and dispatched promptly, we need you to place your order before 3pm AEST on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Weekend orders are also processed and dispatched on the next business day. We understand that some occasions may require urgent delivery, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

At Everything Lace Hire, we prioritise your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless rental experience. Our commitment to timely dispatch and delivery reflects our dedication to ensuring that you have the perfect dress or gown for your special event. Trust us to deliver on time, every time (*Australia Postal delays are out of our control and we are unable to take responsibility for these rare occasions).

Returns

Pre-paid return satchels must be returned back to your nearest post office by 3pm on advised date and a lodgement receipt obtained. Do not post back via a post box as this can cause severe delays. Failing to do this will incur additional fees.
Please note that express postage is still being prioritised by Australia Post through the pandemic. However next day delivery can not be confirmed nor can exact delivery times, so some delay may be expected.
To ensure the delivery of your dress hire please try and book ahead of time so that we can get it to you sooner.

Fit/Faulty items

If you receive a dress from Everything Lace Hire that does not fit or is damaged please make contact by the end of the day of your delivery date.
Everything Lace Hire will try their best to ensure that we can get a replacement out to you. This may incur additional fees.
